What do I do for a possible warranty claim?

We are unable to process warranty returns without a copy of the original proof of purchase showing the product is within the warranty time-frame and that you are the original purchaser. 

Product Purchased Directly from madshus.com and Shipped by Madshus

If your online order was shipped directly from Madshus, please complete the form below. A Madshus Service Rep will happily provide you with an RMA # and the warranty shipping address so you can submit your product for warranty inspection*. If you send in your warranty return without contacting Madshus Customer Service, we will be unable to process your warranty return. Exact product replacement depends on inventory availability.

*NOTE: Customer is responsible for shipping charges to mail back warranty returns.

Product Purchased from a Retailer

Product purchased from a retailer must be returned to the point of purchase. The retailer will then process the warranty with Madshus on your behalf.

The base fell off my ski, can it be repaired?

Re-gluing a base has limited success at best. You can try any flexible glue such as contact cement, but usually it's time to retire the ski. We do not repairs here at Madshus.

The tip or tail of my ski broke, is this covered under warranty?

Madshus' warranty covers manufacturing defects. Generally tip and tail breaks are caused by some sort of trauma to the ski and are not covered under warranty.
