The Madshus difference
Skin skis are increasingly being used for racing as well as recreational skiing, and Madshus puts the same effort into building top of the line skin skis as traditional World-Cup level classic skis. There are no shortcuts.

“Madshus Redline Intelligrip skis are based on the same top of the line ski construction, geometries and materials as our World Cup Redline models. Additionally, we have put a lot of time and research into developing the best skin and designing a progressive skin that mimics traditional wax. The front of the skin is thinner, progressively building toward the middle of the skin for a natural feel, better grip and optimal glide,” says Per Wiik, global marketing director at Madshus.
